Infertility affects approximately 15-20% of the world’s population. Its incidence varies geographically and there are different causes of infertility across the globe. In almost 10-30% of the cases, there is a problem with both the partners. In 30-40% of the cases, the male is the primary cause and so are females in about the same percentage. In 10-20% of the cases, which are termed Idiopathic Infertility, the cause is unknown.
